Curriculum for the training of trainers in companies
Effective job-related training relies heavily on the active involvement of companies, in our case agricultural farms, where most practical training in a dual training system takes place. To ensure high-quality training , it is crucial to have company trainers who are pedagogically qualified.
To address this need, we developed a comprehensive training program specifically for trainers in companies. This program aims to equip them with the necessary educational and pedagogical skills to deliver effective and engaging training. By fostering pedagogical expertise among company trainers, we can ensure a holistic approach to dual vocational training within our project.
This initiative is integral to optimizing the dual vocational training model, ensuring that trainees receive well-rounded, practical, and theoretical education directly from experienced and qualified trainers in the workplace.
