Curriculum for the training of trainers in companies

Effective job-related training relies heavily on the active involvement of companies, where most practical training takes place. To ensure high-quality training experiences, it is crucial to have company trainers who are pedagogically qualified.

To address this need, we are developing a comprehensive training program specifically for trainers within companies. This program aims to equip them with the necessary educational skills to deliver effective and engaging training. By fostering pedagogical expertise among company trainers, we can ensure a holistic approach to dual vocational training within our project.

This initiative is integral to optimizing the dual vocational training model, ensuring that trainees receive well-rounded, practical, and theoretical education directly from experienced and qualified trainers in the workplace.
